Returns & Exchange:

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge if defect. All you need to do is contact us in pedidos@deuscollections.com Following limitations:

- Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

- Items purchased in the sales period will not be refunded.

- You are buying a UNIQUE bag handmade, at Deus ex Machine not 2 are the same. Colour and textures can vary due to the materials used (inner tube, banners and others)

- Items that have been altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
